Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations

Orders must be canceled before the order ships.  We will not cancel orders that have been shipped, they will need to be returned.

Crystals & Gems:

Magic Crystal Health offers a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee for our crystals and gems.  Your happiness is important to us so please give us a chance to make things right before leaving neutral or negative feedback.

You can return any order within our 10-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

You can return any order up to 10 days after the received date.  The received date is the day scanned “Delivered” by USPS or UPS associated with your tracking number.

How To Return:

In order for returns to be processed properly, we ask that everything be returned in its original packaging (or comparable), (i.e. the box, bubble wrap, and any other packing materials used to protect your crystals and gems. They must be returned in the same bubble mailer or box (or comparable) that your order arrived in. A copy of the original invoice must also be included so we can match you as the customer.
The returned order must be received in the same condition you received it in. If the returned order arrives damaged or broken due to careless re-packaging, or if you return an order without receiving the proper acknowledgment from us, your order will not be eligible for return credit. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Spores and Cultures:

We offer a sterility guarantee on spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Items must be in original unused condition. No returns without written authorization. No returns after 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the shipper for any reason returns orders to us you will be billed for additional shipping charges. Liquid culture products are sold with a cleanliness and viability guarantee, should you find your cultures to be unviable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for the replacement. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Functional Mushrooms and Host Defense Supplements:

At Magic Crystal Health, we take great pride in our products and supplements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of Lynx, or Host Defense, our goal is to make it right so we offer a 30-day return window. Contact us to make arrangements and approval for returns on unused supplements.

Broken, Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items in Transit

If any item in your package arrives broken, please contact us immediately and you must include photographs of the invoice received in your package, and photos of any broken item(s).  If the shipping box/package has damage, please send a photograph of the damaged packaging.  If an item is damaged or broken in transit you must send photographs within 3 days of delivery.  Depending on the situation we will either provide you a return label for the broken item or provide additional instructions for your refund or exchange.

If any items are missing you must contact us within 5 days and include a photograph of the invoice in your package, a photograph of the contents received, and clearly identify the missing item(s) from the order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we do everything we can from our side with the United States Postal Service to help you locate your lost package.

How We Process Returns:

We process returns once a week on Wednesdays. Any exchanges or refunds are handled on Thursday and Friday when the return is processed.

Exchanges: If you have requested an exchange, the exchanged item will ship with tracking on Thursday or Friday when your return is processed.

Refunds: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. We refund the total of the items purchased, shipping is not refunded as shipping fees are paid to USPS at the time of your original delivery.
